The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Brewery Ambassador who can help get the word out about us and our range of delicious beers. This is an entry level role, so we’re after someone keen to learn and grow in the job. You will be working alongside theHead of Sales and Sales Account Managers. We need someone confident and outgoing who can represent us boldly and proudly, make great trade connections, build strong relationships with pub and bar staff and champion us at events. This is a great opportunity for a good communicator interested in an exciting career with a growing company whose mission is to put Brixton on the map for great beer.

Essential skills & qualifications:

· Knowledgeable and passionate about great beer

· Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

· Excellent networking skills and industry knowledge

· Excellent organisational skills

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness and flexibility to travel around London and region spreading the word about our beers, sometimes outside of regular work hours

· Computer skills – MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel

· Legal right to work in the UK

Great to have:

· Previous experience working in a brewery or in the drinks industry

· Experience planning and managing events, beer tastings and information sessions for our customers and prospective customers

· A full, clean UK driving license

Key Tasks:

This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team and help us bring our beers to new drinkers. Key responsibilities include:

· Working with the sales teamto meet ambitious growth targets

· Managing existing customer relationships, planning events and activity with customers to help get our beer in to the hands of more and more people

· Introducing existing customers to new products and existing specials

· Understanding customer needs and helping them to grow sales in their beer category

· Being creative and inventing new ways to engage with staff members and customers

· Being an excellent and articulate public representative of Brixton Brewery

· Gathering industry information on key trends, customer demand, etc and reporting back to brewery founders

· Accurate and timely reporting to management
