Brewery Assistant at Pillars Brewery

Since 2016 Pillars Brewery has developed into a successful, independent lager brewery with a reputation for great quality lagers. We are seeking a Packaging and Brewing Assistant who can continue to build on this reputation.

Primarily the Brewing Assistant will be working alongside one of the Co-Founders (Director of Brewing) and the Senior Brewer to carry out all packaging and housekeeping activities, including but not limited to: cleaning kegs, filling kegs, stock rotation and stock checks, keeping the brewery clean, support with online and collection order fulfilment.

We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated person that is willing to learn and would enjoy a physically demanding job.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleaning kegs
• Online & collection order fulfilment
• Inventory management
• Record keeping
• Filling kegs
• Assistance on packaging line

Desirable Qualifications & Training:

• Passion for craft beer
• Previous experience in production environment

Desirable Experience:

• Forklift trained
