About the Role
•    Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
•    Entry-level, no prior commercial brewing experience required
•    Paid comprehensive training and mentoring from Senior Brewers
•    Fast-track development with regular feedback and growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities
•    Assist with all stages of the brewing process—from raw materials preparation to packaging
•    Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the brewhouse and cellar
•    Monitor fermentation and record key quality data
•    Support bottling, kegging, and canning production runs
•    Participate in quality checks and sensory tastings
•    Work collaboratively with the brewing and operations team to meet production schedules
