National Account Manager (On-Trade) - North of England at Signature Brew

At Signature Brew, we’re on a mission to revolutionise beer and music, one pint at a time. We create award-winning beers and unforgettable experiences that bring people together. Now, we need a National Account Manager to help us hit the high notes across the on-trade sector.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll lead our strategy across national and key on-trade accounts, focusing on pub groups, managed estates, and high-profile venues across Northern England. You’ll work closely with our wholesale partners to build strong collaborative relationships, ensuring Signature Brew is front of mind at every bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing on-trade key accounts and groups, while proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional pub groups, managed estates, and venue operators.
  • Work in close collaboration with our wholesale partners and manage the relationships with them in order to build value and drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) with key partners.
  • Deliver against ambitious volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create brand activations that engage consumers and drive rate of sale.
  • Represent Signature Brew at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

You Will Have:

  • Proven experience managing national or regional on-trade accounts, ideally within beer
  • Strong network within the UK on-trade sector and wholesale landscape.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • First-class negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive autonomously.
  • A genuine passion for craft beer, music and building brands.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the North and to our brewery in London.

Location: North of England (Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool + regular visits to our brewery in North London)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Start Date: ASAP
