Brewlab Brings Brewing Skills Development Course to London

Brewlab, one of the LBA’s valued trade supporters, is bringing its well-regarded Brewing Skills Development course to Greater London this summer - offering practical, accessible training for brewing professionals across the board.

Running from Monday 11 to Friday 15 August 2025 at Thames Side Brewery in Staines-upon-Thames, this flexible five-day course is designed for anyone in brewing looking to sharpen their technical knowledge and improve practical skills that can be applied immediately on the job.

Each day focuses on a specific skillset:

  • Day 1 – Raw Materials and Recipe Formulation

  • Day 2 – Brewing Processes and Packaging

  • Days 3 & 4 – Yeast, Hygiene and Quality Control*

  • Day 5 – Professional Flavour Evaluation

*Please note: Days 3 and 4 must be booked together due to overlapping content.

Participants can book individual days or sign up for the full course. Whether you’re in production, packaging, cellar operations or leading a brewing team, this programme offers a valuable refresher or upskilling opportunity.

  • Full programme: £825

  • Individual days: £265 (inc. VAT)

  • Pricing varies for selected combinations

With small class sizes and hands-on delivery, this is an ideal chance to deepen your brewing knowledge without having to travel far. Spaces are limited and demand is expected to be strong - so early booking is recommended.
