Gravity Well Launches 4 limited edition new releases as part of its Singularity Series.

Gravity Well Brewing Marks 500 Brews with the Launch of the Singularity Series

Tottenham’s Gravity Well Brewing Co. has reached a major milestone, celebrating its 500th brew and seven years of pushing boundaries in London’s modern beer scene. To mark the occasion, the brewery has unveiled its most ambitious project to date - the Singularity Series, a limited-edition quartet of bold, supercharged beers that capture the spirit of Gravity Well’s evolution.

The series showcases four distinct releases, each brewed with precision, creativity, and the brewery’s trademark technical flair:

  • Gridfire (8%) - A Double IPA featuring Citra alongside two experimental New Zealand hops, NZH-106 and NZH-109, from the freshly landed 2025 crop. Expect bright tropical fruit, layered citrus, and a deep, resinous finish.

  • Slipper TIPA (10%) - A triple IPA version of 2022’s much-loved Slipper Rave, brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Enigma, and Nelson Sauvin. This beer promises to be every bit as memorable as the original, with huge hop intensity and a smooth, rich profile.

  • The Rise of Endymion (8.5%) - A revival of one of Gravity Well’s most iconic fruit sours, this amplified edition blends raspberry, blueberry, and blackcurrant for a vivid, flavour-packed experience that builds on the brewery’s enhanced brewing processes.

  • Makkuro Kurosuke (10%) - A full-bodied, no-adjunct imperial stout crafted purely from exceptional malts. Deeply roasty, complex, and surprisingly drinkable for its strength, it harks back to the roots of traditional imperial brewing.

Founder and head brewer Ben described the release as a celebration not only of a brewing milestone but of Gravity Well’s continued growth and refinement since relocating to its Tottenham site.

“This might be the only time we release a quartet of beers of this scale,” said Paul. “Each beer represents a part of our journey - from the experimental to the refined - and we wanted to make it something truly special.”

The Singularity Series is being launched this month, with a small number of kegs available for select venues across London. Breweries and bars interested in taking part in the launch can get in touch directly with the team at Gravity Well.

Seven years, five hundred brews, and now four monumental beers - it’s safe to say Gravity Well continues to prove why they’re one of the brightest forces in London’s independent brewing scene.
