National Sales Manager at Signature Brew

We are looking for a new National Sales Manager to join the Signature Brew team!

You will have responsibility for leading our sales team of five, have direct responsibility for winning new business, and growing our existing business across the UK.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop a national strategy of growing distribution, volume, profit and brand experience within a range of channels.
  • Develop mutually beneficial joint business plans with our customers in line with key company objectives.
  • Work with our wholesale manager and other key external stakeholders to drive our brands and win new business in key growth areas for Signature Brew.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments such as operations and marketing.
  • Develop and execute a specific strategy to win new business in London.
  • Collaborate with the MD on departmental and individual budgets and KPIs.
  • Host staff training, beer events and be a brand ambassador for Signature Brew in London.
  • Clear and timely reporting to MD and accurate data input into relevant systems.
  • Ownership of your sales targets and personal development plan.
  • 1 to 1 mentorship of the team helping them to develop their sales skills


Desirable Experience:

  • Enthusiastic, engaging and resilient personality
  • Previous People Management experience (at least 2 years)
  • Dynamic, hands-on and flexible approach to sales and marketing 2-4 years of relevant sales experience
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand
  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills, and a hunger to win new business.
  • Great communication, listening and time management skills


What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary - £40,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)
